Principal’s Desk

It pleases me to speak out to my students, their parents, common enthusiasts having interest in academic affairs and honorable members of Governing body of Lok Sikshan Sanstha, Warora, about the academic and infra-structured development that the college made during the session 2019-20. Lokmanya Mahavidyala has always kept the students at the core. The college does not concentrate merely on the academic aspect of the student’s personality, but it sees that the students go through proper training in all spheres of human activities. Teaching-learning does not continue itself merely to formal activity primarily the pedagogues take up in the class-room and laboratories. Student’s innerness has its import from farms and fields, mounts and mountains, and ridges and rivers.

This is the reason why college treats off-the-classroom activities with all the seriousness at its command. The activities that expose the students to the outside world relate to national service scheme, population education, environment studies, Mahila Adhyayan and Seva Kendra and Games and Sports.

Games and Sports is the key to the development of outer as well as inner faculties of the students. Therefore, Games and Sports attract the attention of the college establishment optimally. College Table-tennis team (girls) secured second position in inter-collegiate tournament. The college volleyball team own second position in inter-collegiate volleyball competition of Gondwana University.
