Bapurao Vithobaji  Padmawar

The third President of the Sanstha, Bapuraoji had deep faith in divinity. A person with no ambition, Bapuraoji was sensitive to the social problems and without any expectation of fame. His tenure from 1974 to 2004 is known for multi-dimensional expansion of the institutional infrastructure.

Vinayakrao Purushottam Pandey

Vice-President of the Sanshta from 1974 to 1991, Vinayakrao Pandey was a man of high intensity, creative fervor and intellectual potential. A law-graduate from Nagpur University, Pandey was a voracious reader and skilled conversationalist, and known for his generosity and compassion for the poor.

Wamanrao Sambashivarao  Swan

Wamanraoji worked as Vice-President. A law-graduate form Nagpur University, he was known for his accountability, integrity and punctuality. Devoted to the social work, with special inclination towards co-operative sector and education, Wamanrao expended his time and energy for the growth of the Sanstha. A firm believer in the philosophy of Yogi Aurobindo, he wanted to see the students shaped by Yogic philosophy.

Dahyabhai Pranjeevanbhai Thakkar

A late entrant to the governing body of the Sanstha, he rose to the post of Secretary merely because of his devotion. A law-graduate from Nagpur University, Dahyabhai was known for his soft behavior and expertise in financial transactions. His versatility lies in the fact that he proved to be an equally competent substitute to stalwart Manoharbhau Patil, during his imprisonment from 1975 to 1977 during the period of internal emergency imposed by the Central Government.

Ramchandrarao Wamanrao Patil

First Secretary of the Sanstha, Ramchandrarao was affectionately called Rambabaji. He was known for his patience, tolerance and epigrammatic way of talking. Known for his precision in all deliberations, Rambabaji was a perfectionist. A man with aesthetic vision and love for painting, he dedicated himself to the Sanstha. He also worked as Vice-President from 1992 to 1998.

Vishwanathrao Janardhanrao Patil

A prosperous agriculturalist, Vishwanath Patil is known for his exceptional contribution to the inception and growth of lower primary school started by the Sanstha. As convener and sole arbiter of the Primary wing, he handled the financial transactions with great skill and generosity, especially, in the absence of any grant-in-aid from the government institution.

Haribhau Keshavrao Bhoyar

An employee of the Warora Branch of Bank of Maharshtra, Haribhau was not an office-bearer in literal sense. But, with his devotion to the cause of education and respect for the institution, he devoted himself to Lok Shikshan Sanstha. And it is a testimony to his great contribution that, sometimes, he commanded more respect in the vicinity of the Sanstha than most of the office-bearers.

Laxmikant  Balaji Sainis

Vice-President from 1998 to 2004 and President from 2004 to 2005, Laxmikant Sainis was a profound teacher and an educationist to the core. He was M.Sc. in Botany, but his proficiency was not confined merely to the study of plants and fossils. Known for his acute observations, multifaceted vision, and extreme patience, Sainis saw the Sanstha touching the Zenith. After he retired as Principal, Anand Niketan College, Warora,Sainis made the Sanstha his home and its institutions his real issues.

Mrs Shalinitai Shreeram Patil

The incumbent Vice-President of the Sanstha, Shalinitai, is a motherly figure for the office-bearers of the Sanshta. An enthusiastic soul in the realm of theatre and other performing arts, Shalinitai looks after the budding performers who are initiated by the Sanstha in the Stage –craft. An active volunteer of the Rashtra Sevika Samiti, Shalinitai is devoted to social work.

Shrikant Jageshwarrao Patil

Son of Jageshwarrao Patil, one of the pioneers, Prof. Shrikant Patil, the incumbent President, is an educationist, a creative writer, and a profound thinker. Born on September5, 1953, Prof.Shrikant Patil has great love for classical music. A Sangeet Visharad and a Sitar player, Shrikant is a man of few but profound words. As the President (Pramukh), Vidya  Bharati, VidarbhaPrant, the educational wing of RSS, Shrikant Patil has been instrumental in streamlining, designing, and preparing the syllabi for schools.

Shrikrishna Deorao Ghadyalpatil

Born in a prosperous family of landiords, Shrikrishnaji is a Secretary of the Sanstha. An active member of Bhartiya Kisan Sangh, a farmers’ organization, Shrikrishna has shaped his personality on the lines of RSS ideology. Devoted to the social cause, Shrikrishnaji opted to languish in prison for eighteen months during internal emergency proclaimed by the tyrannical rulers at Delhi.

Dr. Milind Shankarrao Deshpande

Dr. Milind Deshpande is a secretary of the Sanstha. A Ph. D. in Physics, Dr. Milind is Associate Professor and Head, Department of Physics, Anand Niketan College, warora. A great intellectual, Milind is known for his innovative ideas and creative thinking.
