LokmanyaMahavdiyalaya, Warora, District Chandrapur (Maharashtra) is a Post Graduate College affiliated to Gondwana University, Gadchiroli, a tribal district of Vidarbha in Maharashtra. The college, an upcoming educational institution imparting, education Primarily to the adolescents coming, from the deprived section struggling to survive while at the margins, came into existence in 1998, the patron, LokShikshanSanstha, Warora that came up in 1951, runs a number of academic centers imparting education form Pre-Primary level to Post-Graduation.
Since 2010, the college has been organising‘Late Principal L.B. SainisSmrutiPrityartha Jan-VidnyanVyakhyanmala’ generally, in the month of January every year. The Primary objective of the lecture series is to bring about awareness in the society about the importance of science and technology for the sustained and satiating perpetuity of human race.
Moreover, the college aims at exposing the non-science-literature young and old to scientific know-how.
